We provide a service of electronic materail certificate management system for our partners.
Certificates are requested together with each delivery (e.g. for plates, profiles, tubes etc.) from our suppliers.
Upon receiving we compare the order and certificate with the products/raw materials received.
We use dot marking, issue a unique barcode for every batch we store so we can track back all the information we have.
During manufacturing our collegues already have all the information about the raw materials they use, some batches of raw materials are pre-dedicted for some projects.
After finishing and handing over the finished product we also share all these certificates, raw material info with the customer. It can be also the part of the user manual if needed.
